目的总结随访 41例手术治疗先天性垂直距骨的疗效。方法 1岁以内 2 0例行单纯切开复位术 ,1～5岁 2 0例行Eyre Brook术 ,7岁 1例行Eyrt Booke加Grice距下关节外融合术 ;随访最长 12年 ,最短 2年 ,平均 7年。结果全部良好 ,无 1例需再次矫治。结论先天性垂直距骨常伴有其他先天性神经肌肉性异常 ,必须详细全面检查。早期一次手术矫正可取得较好的效果 ,Kodros改良的Adelaar疗效评定方法值得推荐。
Objective To summarize the follow-up of 41 cases of surgical treatment of congenital vertical talus. Methods Twenty patients under the age of 1 were treated with simple open reduction and reduction, 1 to 5 years old with 20 patients undergoing Eyre Brook operation and under 7 years old with Eyrt Booke plus undergrowth arthrodesis. The patients were followed up for 12 years and the shortest was 2 Year, an average of 7 years. All the results were good, no need to re-treatment of 1 case. Conclusions Congenital vertical talus is often accompanied by other congenital neuromuscular abnormalities and must be thoroughly examined in detail. Early surgical correction can achieve better results, Kodros modified Adelaar efficacy evaluation method is recommended.
