以实体造型技术为核心支持的特征造型设计系统在造型功能、二维投影转换及设计信息表示上还存在不足与缺陷.因此,快捷有效地生成三维零、部件的工程图,就成为提高生产效率的重要因素.针对现有特征设计系统在这方面的不足,该文以特征表示和特征映射为主要技术手段,给出了一种新的三维零件特征的工程图生成模式.“,”D engineering drawings are still widely in use in China. To generate such drawings efficiently needs suitable information supplied efficiently about 3D parts. Existing Chinese feature based design systems cannot provide such information efficiently due to inadequacies in: (1) geometry modelling, (2) 2D projection translation, (3) dimensioning, (4) representation of non geometry design information. To overcome these inadequacies we present a new scheme in section 1 for generating engineering drawings from feature information about 3D parts. In sections 2 and 3, we discuss in detail respectively how features are represented and how 3D features are mapped into 2D ones. Applying our method to a certain engineering project, we generated engineering drawings efficiently for approximately 150 parts of the mould for precision casting of turbine blade.
