目的:建立三叶青中5种重金属元素砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、镉(Cd)和铅(Pb)含量测定的方法。方法:三叶青样品经过前处理后,采用原子荧光光谱法测定As和Hg,采用原子吸收光谱法测定Cu、Pb和Cd。结果:5种重金属元素检测方法线性关系良好,r值均大于0.9992,加样回收率为95.31%~99.87%,RSD为2.54%~6.95%。结论:不同产地的三叶青样品重金属元素检测结果按《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》规定计算,Pb、As、Cu、Hg、Cd均未超标,该方法加强了三叶青重金属检查,为三叶青药材的规范化种植和安全评价提供实验依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of five kinds of heavy metal elements such as As, Hg, Cu, Cd and Pb in Clover. Methods: After the samples of clover leaf were pretreated, As and Hg were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the contents of Cu, Pb and Cd were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The linearity of the five heavy metal detection methods was good. The r values were all greater than 0.9992. The recoveries were 95.31% ~ 99.87% and the RSDs were 2.54% ~ 6.95%. Conclusion: The detection results of heavy metal elements in clover green samples from different areas were not exceeded according to the regulations of “Green Trade Standard of Foreign Trade and Pharmaceutical Plants and Preparations”, which strengthened the contents of heavy metals Check to provide experimental evidence for the standardized planting and safety evaluation of Clover.
