Oral tissue blood flow can directly affect surgical blood loss. Different methods of anesthesia have different effects on oral tissue blood flow. In this paper, to avoid the experimental animals, comparative study of different anesthetic techniques on the tongue mucosal blood flow. MATERIALS AND METHODS The experimental rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: 7 were anesthetized with 50% nitrous oxide (N 2 O), 6 received 1.0 and 1.5 minimum isoflurane (ISO) anesthesia, 8 received 10, 20 and 40 μg / kg of FENT and seven of propofol (PROP) at 100, 200 and 400 μg / kg / min.
