本文主要通过扫描电镜对纺纱机钢领的磨损面进行表面形貌观察和研究,並结合钢领的工作条件分析,认为钢领失效主要是以显微点蚀或浅坑为特征的粘着磨损和表面疲劳磨损在温度场和应力场的不断作用下发展到一定深度和达到一定数量后引起的。文中结合钢领工作条件与磨损面形貌初步讨论了温度,应力等条件对磨损的影响。指出干摩擦条件使钢领工作面温度升高产生粘着磨损而出现撕脱坑,在其内表面还有以氧化裂纹为特征的氧化膜;同时干摩擦、纯滑动和高周低应力条件使疲劳裂纹产生于表面並向里扩展到一定深度形成浅坑。认为钢领工作表面的正常磨损形式表现为轻微磨损、涂抹和擦伤。並指出钢领作定期水磨处理不仅有利于跑合,同时可改善因粘着磨损、表面疲劳磨损造成的不良表面状态,对延长使用寿命有利。通过用气体碳氮硼和液体氰化两种热处理工艺处理的钢领进行性能及装机对比试验后认为金相组织、表面残余应力状态、表面硬度和表层硬度坡度将是影响钢领使用寿命的重要因素。
In this paper, the scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe and study the surface morphology of the wear surface of the spinning ring. Combining with the working conditions of the ring, the failure of the ring was considered to be the sticking wear And surface fatigue wear in the temperature field and stress field under the continuous development of a certain depth and reach a certain number of caused. In this paper, the working conditions of the ring and wear surface morphology preliminary discussed the temperature, stress and other conditions on the wear and tear. It is pointed out that the dry friction condition causes the temperature of the working face of the steel ring to increase, resulting in the sticking wear and emergence of the tear pits. There is also an oxide film characterized by oxidized cracks on the inner surface; meanwhile, the dry friction, the pure sliding and the high- Cracks originate at the surface and extend inwardly to a depth that creates shallow pits. The normal form of wear on the working surface of the collar is considered to be minor wear, smearing and abrasion. And pointed out that regular steel ring for water treatment is not only conducive to running together, and can improve adhesion due to wear and tear, surface wear and tear caused by poor surface conditions, to extend the useful life. After comparing the performances of the steel rings processed by the two kinds of heat treatment processes of gas carbonitriding and liquid cyanidation and the comparison of installed machines, it is considered that the microstructure, the surface residual stress state, the surface hardness and the gradient of the surface hardness will be important for the service life of the steel ring factor.
