为提高三叉神经痛的手术治疗效果，减少术后复发，采用口腔内径路行神经切断、切除术治疗１７４例．术后近期控痛率１００％，复发率为１．７２％；三叉神经切断口内径路方法新、创伤小、恢复快、效果好，三叉神经痛术后复发可能与解剖及处理不善有关．
To improve the surgical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and reduce postoperative recurrence, the use of oral internal fixation of nerve root canal approach and resection in 174 cases. The rate of postoperative pain control was 100% and the recurrence rate was 1.72%. The method of trigeminal nerve transection was smaller, the recovery was faster and the effect was good. The recurrence after trigeminal neuralgia may be related to poor anatomy and handling.
