目的:建立胶束毛细管电泳法(MEKC)同时测定龙胆科药材白花龙胆、达乌里秦艽中獐牙菜苦苷、獐牙菜苷、龙胆苦苷、马钱苷酸和异荭草苷含量的方法。方法:以35mmol/L硼砂-55mmol/L十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)-5%的乙腈(pH=9.6)为缓冲溶液,未涂渍标准熔融石英毛细管(64.5cm×50μm,有效长度56cm)为分离通道,运行电压为20k V,检测波长为265nm,压力进样为50mbar×5s。结果:5种活性成分的浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好(r>0.9995);加样回收率为99.54%-100%。结论:该方法简单、准确,重复性较好,可用于龙胆科药材白花龙胆、达乌里秦艽的质量评价和控制。
Objective: To establish a micellar capillary electrophoresis (MEKC) method for the simultaneous determination of gentian, gentian, urticaria, gentiopicroside, daunorubicin, Glycosides content of the method. Methods: The standard fused silica capillary (64.5cm × 50μm, effective length of 35μmol / L sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) -5% acetonitrile 56cm) for the separation channel, the operating voltage of 20k V, detection wavelength of 265nm, the pressure of the injection of 50mbar × 5s. Results: The linear relationship between the concentration of the five active ingredients and the peak area was good (r> 0.9995). The recovery rate was 99.54% -100%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality evaluation and control of Gentiana scabra and Gentiana davurii.
