目的探讨克隆特合漱液对口腔细菌的抑菌作用。方法将12株厌氧菌、兼性厌氧菌及早株需氧菌分别接种在含不同浓度克隆特含漱液的培养基上,分别置入厌氧、需氧环境培养,观察抑菌效果,并与甲硝哇稀释液和克隆特含激液空白基质进行对比分析。结果克隆特含漱液稀释1000倍时(含主药5.0旭/ml)对所有厌氧菌、兼性厌氧菌均有很强的抑菌作用;稀释120倍(41.7#g/ml)时对甲、乙型溶血性链球菌有抑菌作用,对其它两种需氧菌无抑菌作用.结论克隆特含激液对口腔常见16株细菌中的14k$明显抑菌作用,可作为牙周组织疾病治疗或辅助治疗的药物之一。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of clonidine gargle on oral bacteria.
