俗话说:“十根手指,各有长短。”一个班集体,由形形色色的学生组成,问题生的存在,是无法回避的客观事实。不同的家庭环境,不同的教育方式,不同的接受能力,造成的原因也各不相同。问题生在班集体中所占的比例虽小,但影响甚大,若教育方法欠佳,则会使班风不正,纪律涣散,影响整个班集体。因此,如何教育转化问题生是每个教育工作者必须面对的难题。如何转化问题生,我在实践中比较注重以下几点:

Although the proportion of students who have problems with classes in schools is small, they have a great impact. If the methods of education are not good, they will make the classes less correct and disciplinary, affecting the entire class. Therefore, how to educate and transform students with problems is a difficult problem that every educator must face. How to transform students, I pay more attention to the following points in practice:
