本文提出以病斑大小和病斑数量的两个指标作为灰斑病抗性鉴定的分级标准。以田间自然发病调查和50份材料用不种单一生理小种分别接种鉴定,其结果表明:灰斑病生理小种既有遗传差异的一面,也有互相影响的一面。抗病品种抗多个生理小种,对某一、二个生理小种即使感病,程度也轻;总之,感病品种往往感染多个小种,对某些小种表现的抗性也是低的。F_1—F_4代杂种后代的遗传分离调查表明,在田间多生理小种存在的情况下,以病情等级作分离情况调查,抗病性呈现数量性状遗传特征。
In this paper, two indexes of lesion size and lesion number are proposed as the grading standards of gray spot resistance. The investigation of natural incidence in the field and inoculation of 50 materials with different species were carried out respectively. The results showed that the gray speckle races have both genetic difference and mutual influence. Disease resistant varieties resistant to multiple races, even one or two physiological races even if the disease is also mild; In short, susceptible varieties often infect multiple races, the resistance of some races is also low . The investigation of genetic segregation of F_1-F_4 offspring showed that in the presence of multiple physiological races, segregation of disease grade was used to investigate the genetic characterization of quantitative traits.
