目的:分类介绍近年来壳聚糖作为药用辅料的应用研究。方法:通过查阅国内外相关文献,阐述壳聚糖的重要性质目的,探讨正常人中医体质分类与脑电信号的相关性。分别对34例健康志愿者者进行中医体质分类并行常规脑电图检测,选取10 s没有伪差的数据段,并对数据段内每个电极和成对电极分别做自相关和互相关分析并记录相关数据。结果:16个电极记录的脑电信号自相关系数与中医体质分类有显著相关性,而半球间、半球内脑电信号的互相关系数则与中医体质分类无显著相关性。结论:脑电信号的自相关系数可以作为正常人中医体质分型的一个佐证。
Objective: To introduce the application research of chitosan as medicine excipient in recent years. Methods: By referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad, the purpose of the important properties of chitosan was expounded, and the correlation between TCM constitution of normal people and EEG was discussed. 34 healthy volunteers were divided into two groups according to their physique classification and conventional electroencephalography (EEG). The data segments without artifacts were selected for 10 s. Autocorrelation and cross-correlation analysis were performed for each electrode and pair of electrodes in the data segment. Record the relevant data. Results: The correlation coefficients between EEG signals recorded by 16 electrodes and TCM constitution were significantly correlated. However, the cross correlation coefficients between hemispheres and hemispheres were not significantly correlated with TCM constitution. Conclusion: The autocorrelation coefficient of EEG can be used as an evidence of normal human constitution of TCM.
