郑州矿区地跨一市六县,有局属生产经营单位38个,现有资产15亿元、职工4.2万人,年产值8亿元,是全国500家最大工业企业之一。近几年来,我局以市场为导向,以经济效益为中心,深化企业改革,转换经营机制,强化经营管理,各项工作进展顺利。1994年我局煤炭产量完成529.5万吨;95年突破600万吨,全年实现利润3000万元以上。 我们从办公室工作实际出发,紧紧围绕全局中心工作,有效地发挥了参谋助手作用,为全局煤炭生产建设的发展做出了应有的贡献。 一、注重调查研究,为领导决策当好参谋。
Zhengzhou mining area across one city and six counties, there are 38 production and management units, the existing assets of 1.5 billion yuan, 42000 workers, the annual output value 800000000 yuan, is the country’s 500 largest industrial enterprises. In recent years, our bureau has been guided by the market, centered on economic benefits, deepened the reform of enterprises, transformed the operating mechanism and strengthened management. All work progressed smoothly. In 1994, our bureau completed 5.295 million tons of coal production; in 2005, it exceeded 6 million tons and realized annual profit of more than 30 million yuan. Based on the actual work in the office, we focused on the work of the global center, effectively played the role of aiding staff and made due contributions to the development of the overall coal production and construction. First, pay attention to the investigation and study, as a good decision-making leadership staff.
