目的了解噪声对纺织女工健康的影响。方法对某纺织厂接触噪声的403名工人进行一般性健康检查和听力测试,听力测试采用经检测的丹麦产AD226型纯音测听诊断仪。结果长期接触噪声听力损失非常严重。接噪组不同性别比较,异常心电图检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.33,P<0.05),血常规异常检出率女性也高于男性(χ2=8.62,P<0.01);接噪组女职工异常心电图检出率高于对照组(χ2=4.09,P<0.05),血常规异常检出率也均高于对照组(χ2=5.23,P<0.05)。结论纺织噪声可引起听力损伤。女职工心电图、血常规异常改变均有增高。
Objective To understand the impact of noise on the health of textile workers. Methods A total of 403 workers in a textile factory exposed to noise were subjected to general health examination and hearing test. The hearing test was performed on a tested Danish AD226 pure tone audiometer. Results Long-term exposure to noise hearing loss is very serious. There were significant differences in the detection rate of abnormal ECG between the two groups (χ2 = 5.33, P <0.05), while the incidence of abnormalities of blood samples was also higher in male than in male (χ2 = 8.62, P <0.01) The detection rate of abnormal ECG in the female workers was higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 4.09, P <0.05), and the abnormal detection rate of blood was higher than that of the control group (χ2 = 5.23, P <0.05). Conclusion Textile noise can cause hearing loss. Female workers ECG, blood abnormalities have increased.
