目的 :观察脑栓通对脑缺血大鼠脑组织SOD活性及血清NO的影响 ,以探讨脑栓通的作用机制。方法 :将大鼠分为假手术组、脑缺血组和给药组。给药组大鼠每日腹腔注射脑栓通提取液 1ml,7d后 ,对脑缺血组和给药组大鼠分离并结扎两侧颈总动脉 ,再灌注后测定脑组织SOD及血清NO。结果 :给药组大鼠脑组织SOD值升高与缺血组比较P <0 .0 1;血清NO值降低与缺血组比较P <0 .0 1。结论 :脑栓通有显著改善脑部组织代谢 ,减慢因脑缺血而致脑细胞损伤的作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Nao Shuan Tong on brain SOD activity and serum NO in rats with cerebral ischemia to explore the mechanism of cerebral thrombosis. Methods: Rats were divided into sham operation group, cerebral ischemia group and drug administration group. Rats in the drug-administered group received intraperitoneal injection of Naohuantong extract 1 ml, and 7 days later, the cerebral ischemic group and the administration group were separated and ligated on both sides of the common carotid artery. SOD and serum NO were measured after reperfusion. RESULTS: Compared with the ischemic group, the increase of SOD in the brain of the rats in the administration group was P <0.01, and the decrease of serum NO was compared with that in the ischemic group (P <0.01). Conclusion : Cerebral thrombosis significantly improves brain tissue metabolism and slows brain cell damage induced by cerebral ischemia.
