24根据中科院发布的《中国现代化报告2009:文化现代化研究》,中国的文化竞争力仅居世界第24位。为此,国务院2009年出台《文化产业振兴规划》,提出“提高国家文化软实力”的文化发展战略。
According to the “China Modernization Report 2009: Research on Cultural Modernization” issued by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China ranks 24th in the world in cultural competitiveness. To this end, the State Council promulgated the “Plan for the Revitalization of Culture Industries” in 2009 and put forward the cultural development strategy of “enhancing the national cultural soft power”.
