目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定马蔺子素含量并考察了多种条件下马蔺子素胶囊中的马蔺子甲素和乙素及马蔺子素的稳定性。方法:选用Agilent Zorbax C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-乙醚-水(70∶15∶15)为流动相,检测波长270nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果:马蔺子甲素在0.002705~0.541mg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999。马蔺子乙素在0.002520~0.504mg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、简便,适合马蔺子素胶囊的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of irisquinone and to investigate the stability of irisquinone, betaine and irisquinone in irisquinone capsules under various conditions. Methods: Agilent Zorbax C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 270nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1. Results: Iridium arsenide in the range of 0.002705 ~ 0.541mg · mL-1, a good linear relationship, r = 0.999. Irbesartan in the range of 0.002520 ~ 0.504mg · mL-1, a good linear relationship, r = 0.999. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive, simple and suitable for the determination of irisquinone capsule.
