随着发展性教学评价、多元化标准、定岗等模式的出现,职业能力考核的模式和具体实施也是不断改革和总结经验。由于眼视光专业的工作特殊性,能力体现的对象是人的视觉,这并非机械的程序性能完全涵盖的,而是有着复杂的多变性。文章从三大模式实施的展开说明并总结经验,给予本专业教学考核方式多方面的建议,对教学改革的开展有一定的帮助。
With the advent of developmental teaching evaluation, diversified standards, posts and other modes, the model and specific implementation of occupational competence assessment are also constantly reforming and summarizing experiences. Due to the particularity of ophthalmology specialty, the ability to reflect the human vision, which is not fully covered by the mechanical performance of the program, but has a complex variability.
