目的通过对某焦化企业职业病危害控制效果评价、定期检测和现状评价,探讨焦化企业职业病危害控制措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法,对某焦化企业职业病危害控制措施进行综合评价。结果该焦化企业的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声、一氧化碳、硫化氢、氨、氰化氢、苯系物、萘、苯酚、硫酸、氢氧化钠、甲醇、焦炉逸散物、高温等。粉尘和焦炉逸散物的浓度、噪声的强度存在超标情况,高温强度接近职业接触限值,其他职业病危害因素均不超标。现场检测结果显示:粉尘浓度2011-2014年合格率分别为89.6%、100.0%、96.8%、100.0%;焦炉逸散物浓度2011-2014年合格率分别为25.0%、100.0%、91.6%、100.0%;噪声强度2011-2014年合格率分别为69.5%、78.2%、60.5%、50.0%。结论粉尘、毒物、噪声的合格率总体呈上升趋势,职业病危害因素得到控制。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of occupational disease control in a coking enterprise, evaluate its status periodically, and evaluate the control measures of occupational hazards in coking enterprises. Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and other methods were used to evaluate the control measures of occupational hazards in a coking enterprise. Results The main occupational hazards of the coking enterprises were dust, noise, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, benzene series, naphthalene, phenol, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, methanol, coke oven fugitives and so on. Dust and coke oven emissions density, noise intensity is excessive, high temperature strength close to occupational exposure limits, other occupational hazards are not exceeded. The field test results showed that the passing rates of dust concentration from 2011 to 2014 were 89.6%, 100.0%, 96.8% and 100.0% respectively. The passing rates of coke oven discharges from 2011 to 2014 were 25.0%, 100.0% and 91.6% respectively, 100.0%. The pass rates of noise intensity from 2011 to 2014 were 69.5%, 78.2%, 60.5% and 50.0% respectively. Conclusion The passing rate of dust, poison and noise generally shows an upward trend, and occupational hazards are under control.
