“农村稳则社会安”。高安市始终把维护农村社会治安工作作为全市“平安创建”工作的重要任务来抓,为了迎接党的十八大的顺利召开,市委、市政府更是高度重视农村治安,极力推动“平安高安”建设向纵深方向发展。但是随着改革的深入、社会的多元化复杂化,我市农村治安出现了一些新情况、新问题。为此笔者深入农村基层和群众当中,对当前全市农村社会治安情况进行了认真调研。 “Rural stability is social security ”. In order to meet the smooth convening of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the municipal party committee and municipal government attached great importance to rural security and vigorously promoted the “ Peace and security ”to the depth direction of development. However, with the deepening of reform and the diversification of society, some new situations and new problems have emerged in rural security in our city. For this reason, the author goes deep into the rural grass-roots units and the masses and conducted a serious investigation into the current situation of public order in rural areas in the whole city.
