近年来,笔者采用拉米夫定结合柴丹合剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎29例,取得了较好疗效,并与单用拉米夫定治疗的28例作对照观察,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料两组57例均为本院门诊及住院病人,将其随机分为两组。治疗组29例中,男16例,女13例;年龄25～65岁,平均44.1岁;病程1～20年,平均6.6年。对照组28例中,男15例,女13例;年龄24～62岁,平均40.5岁;病程1.8～21
