目的 :调查中学生饮食健康行为现状,为制定营养干预措施提供依据。方法 :对2014年1月~2015年12月南彩地区2所中学的300名中学生进行饮食健康行为问卷调查。结果 :1在300名学生中,每日饮用汽水频率至少为1次共98名,占32.67%;过去1周内在快餐店就餐天数为3d以上共85名学生,占28.33%;过去1周内吃早餐天数在5d以上共275名,占91.67%;过去1周内喝牛奶天数在5d以上共214名,占71.33%;2父母文化程度、学生成绩、是否寄宿等是影响中学生饮食健康行为的主要因素。结论 :有必要加强对中学生的饮食健康指导,纠正不良饮食行为,确保中学生健康成长。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of dietary health behaviors among middle school students and provide the basis for formulating nutritional interventions. Methods: A questionnaire survey of dietary health behaviors among 300 middle school students from 2 middle schools in Nancao from January 2014 to December 2015 was conducted. Among the 300 students, there were 98 students, accounting for 32.67%, with at least 1 frequency of drinking water daily. In the past week, there were 85 students who drank more than 3 days in fast food restaurants for a total of 28.33% The number of days with breakfast more than 5d was 275, accounting for 91.67%. In the past week, there were 214 or more persons who drank milk for more than 5 days, accounting for 71.33%. 2 The educational level, student performance, boarding or not were the main factors that affected the dietary health behaviors of middle school students major factor. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen dietary health guidance for middle school students, correct unhealthy dietary behaviors and ensure the healthy growth of middle school students.
