改革开放打破了多年来“人档不离”的管理模式,转变了人们的人生观、价值观和择业观,这里有许多的原因,有归档范围的局限。因此,改革落后的管理体制,完善归档范围是提升人事档案利用价值的良好对策。
The reform and opening up have broken the management mode of “keeping a piece of itself” over the years and transformed people’s outlook on life, values and employment. There are many reasons for this. There are limitations in scope of filing. Therefore, reforming the backward management system and improving filing scope is a good countermeasure to enhance the utilization value of personnel files.
