作者近三年见有12例(14眼)白内障手术因采用纯丝线引起严重术后反应。此种反应包括浅层巩膜炎,周边部角膜溃疡,伤口处角膜坏死伴有裂开,偶见上皮内生和眼内炎。文章指出白内障手术并不常见重度缝线反应导致严重的并发症。这可能是由于术后应用激素和采用组织反应较低的缝线材料所致。但轻度缝线反应并非不常见,常伴有结膜和浅层巩膜的局限性充血。文章认为缝合材料的生物学转化(biogradability)能力越大,更易发生此种缝线反应。作者所遇到的12例(男4,女8),年龄由55～87岁(平均69±8)。这些眼发现较明显的缝线反应从2—14周开始,一般先见缝线附近结膜及浅层巩膜充血,逐
In the last three years, the author saw 12 cases (14 eyes) of cataract surgery caused by pure silk thread caused serious postoperative reaction. Such reactions include shallow scleritis, peripheral corneal ulcers, wound necrosis associated with cleft, occasionally epithelial endophthalmitis and endophthalmitis. The article pointed out that cataract surgery is not common and severe suture reaction leads to serious complications. This may be due to the postoperative application of hormones and the use of stitches with less tissue reactions. However, mild suture reaction is not uncommon, often accompanied by the limitations of conjunctival and superficial sclera hyperemia.
