目的 :探讨端粒酶基因 h TRT和 h TR在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法 :用原位杂交技术检测 48例胃癌组织、1 0例正常胃粘膜组织中端粒酶基因的表达。结果 :48例胃癌组织中 h TRT和 h TR阳性表达分别为 79.2 %和 85 .4% ;1 0例正常胃粘膜组织中除1例 h TR弱阳性表达外均为阴性表达 ,胃癌组织与正常胃粘膜组织中 h TRT、h TR的表达均有显著性差异。结论 :端粒酶基因 h TRT和 h TR在胃癌中均为高表达 ,且 h TRT和 h TR有相关性 ,端粒酶基因表达检测在回顾性研究中有一定价值
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of telomerase h TRT and h TR in gastric cancer. Methods: The expression of telomerase gene in 48 cases of gastric cancer and 10 cases of normal gastric mucosa was detected by in situ hybridization. Results: The expressions of h TRT and h TR in 48 cases of gastric carcinoma were 79.2% and 85.4%, respectively. All 10 cases of normal gastric mucosa were negative for h TR but weak in normal gastric mucosa, The expression of h TRT and h TR in gastric mucosa were significantly different. CONCLUSION: The hTRT and hTR of telomerase gene are highly expressed in gastric cancer, and h TRT and h TR are correlated, and the detection of telomerase gene expression has some value in the retrospective study
