针对平煤股份四矿己15-23150机巷片盘石门连续揭穿近距离煤层群托顶煤施工难题,采用多层次密集支护方案,现场从抓巷道成型、强护表能力、顶板支护工序、锚杆锚索紧固、验收管理、支护结构六方面入手,形成了锚网索喷注立体支护体系,实现了巷道托顶煤全锚技术,围岩监测结果显示巷道变形量较小,证明了该支护技术的可行性和科学性。Inordertosolvethesupportproblemofrockcross-cutcoaluncoveringatNo.4coalmineF15-23150beltroadway,acompoundsupportingschemewasadopted,andtheschemeestablishedtheboltingspoutingsupportsystemfromsixrespectsforF15-23150beltroadwayrockcross-cut,includingroadwayregulativeshaping,reinforcingtwosides,roofsupportprocessoptimizing,boltandcablefastening,acceptancesupervisionandsupportingstructure.Surroundingrockmonitoringresultsshowthatthemaximumvalueofsurroundingrockdeformationwaslowerthanthealarmvalue,provingthattheboltingspoutingtechnologywasfeasibleandsuccessful.
