中西医结合治疗骨折在临床上已取得良好效果,并已积累了丰富的经验。但对夹板固定中的受力分析研究的较少。本文对18个正常人体上臂在夹板的约束下,在肘关节被动屈曲90°和主动屈曲时,用环式传感器测定了布带的拉力,用板式传感器测定了纸压垫下的压力以及夹板对肢体的压力。给出了夹板对上臂的压力分布曲线,弯矩变化曲线,夹板的挠曲线以及相对最大挠度。结果表明:夹板下的压力主要集中在纸压垫下,垫压力随垫厚及垫位而改变,肱二头肌的收缩使夹板下的总压力和垫压力分别增加82%和76%。
