超高性能混凝土(UHPC)是一种新型水泥基复合材料,有极高的抗压强度,掺入纤维后材料的抗拉性能、韧性显著提高,并具有优良的抗冲击、抗疲劳性能,材料还具有极佳的耐久性,在建筑工程领域有很好的应用前景。本文以国际和国内相关的研究成果为基础,介绍了UHPC的制备原理、制备技术和基本性能,并对UHPC构件的设计方法进行了介绍,为UHPC的应用与发展提供依据与参考。
Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) is a new type of cement-based composite material, which has extremely high compressive strength. The tensile properties and toughness of the material after the incorporation of the fiber are remarkably improved, and have excellent impact resistance and fatigue resistance. Also has excellent durability, in the field of construction has a good application prospects. Based on the relevant international and domestic research results, the preparation principle, preparation technology and basic performance of UHPC are introduced. The design methods of UHPC components are introduced to provide the basis and references for the application and development of UHPC.
