自1998年以来,我国房地产业保持了迅猛的发展势头,对国民经济的拉动效应也越来越大,2002年我国GDP增长8%,其中房地产业对GDP的直接贡献率与间接贡献率之和达到1.9%-2.5%,标志着房地产业在国民经济中的支柱产业地位已经确立起来。与此相适应,商业银行的房地产贷款也从无到有,由小变大,成为我国银行业务的一个新的重要增长点。然而进入2003年以来,伴随着房地产业的潮涨潮落,房地产贷款也同样经历了云起云飞,让我们一起关注那:风雨房贷潮。
