目的:探讨活动平板运动试验与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法:拟诊冠心病患者310例2周内行活动平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影检查,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和非冠心病组,比较2组活动平板运动试验开始后的运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率增加量。结果:冠心病组运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率均高于非冠心病组(P<0.01);随冠状动脉病变严重程度增加,运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率逐渐增大(P<0.01);运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率与ST段压低值及冠状动脉病变严重程度均呈正相关。结论:冠心病患者运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率增高可反映心肌缺血及冠状动脉病变程度。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between treadmill exercise test and coronary artery disease. Methods: Totally 310 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were subjected to treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography within 2 weeks. According to coronary angiography results, the patients were divided into coronary heart disease group and non-coronary heart disease group. 1 minute heart rate, exercise capacity total heart rate 1/3, exercise increased maximum heart rate, 2 min after exercise to restore heart rate. Results: In the first minute of exercise, the heart rate, the total heart rate of exercise capacity was 1/3, the maximum heart rate was increased after exercise, and the heart rate was restored 2 min after exercise in CHD group (P <0.01). With the severity of coronary artery disease increased , Heart rate at 1 minute of exercise, total heart rate of exercise capacity at 1/3, maximum heart rate increased at 2 minutes after exercise, heart rate gradually increased 2 minutes after exercise (P <0.01); exercise at 1 minute heart rate, exercise total heart rate 1/3 Increasing the maximum heart rate, heart rate 2 minutes after exercise recovery and ST-segment depression and the severity of coronary artery disease were positively correlated. Conclusions: The heart rate in the first minute of exercise, the total heart rate of exercise capacity is 1/3, the maximum heart rate increases after exercise, and the heart rate increases 2 minutes after exercise to reflect the extent of myocardial ischemia and coronary artery disease.
