利用差热分析(DSC)、偏光显微镜(PLM)、透射电镜(TEM)、雾度仪、广角X射线衍射仪(WXRD)等方法研究了成核剂硅溶胶(Si sols)粒径大小对均聚聚丙烯(PP)结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅溶胶平均粒径的增大,PP的结晶速率增大,结晶度增加,晶粒尺寸减小、分布更加均匀;PP材料热变形温度升高,但透明性降低;不同粒径硅溶胶的加入都能明显提高PP材料的冲击强度,但是对拉伸性能和弯曲性能影响不大;随着硅溶胶粒径的增大,硅溶胶粒子在PP基体中分散性变好。
The influences of nucleating agent such as silica sol (Si sols) on the average particle size were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized light microscopy (PLM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), haze meter and wide angle X-ray diffractometer (WXRD) Effect of Polypropylene (PP) Structure and Properties. The results showed that with the increase of the average particle size of silica sol, the crystallization rate of PP increased, the crystallinity increased, the grain size decreased and the distribution became more uniform. The heat distortion temperature of PP material increased but the transparency decreased. The addition of silica sol can significantly improve the impact strength of PP materials, but has little effect on the tensile properties and bending properties. With the increase of silica sol particle size, the dispersion of silica sol particles in PP matrix becomes better.
