“肥胖是会呼吸的痛。”《爱情公寓》里,身材苗条得让人嫉妒的胡一菲调侃远未“发福”的曾小贤。对少男少女们而言,“肥胖”主要是个关乎外表吸引力的问题。但对于很多国家的卫生管理部门和医务人员来说,肥胖是一个最为严重的公共健康问题。在美国,成年男女中,近1/3的成年人患有“肥胖病’’,很多医学专家担心,30多年来因为医疗技术的进步以及吸烟人数的减少等带来的人均寿命逐渐延长的趋势,会因为肥胖者比例的曰渐升高而停止甚至逆转。而在我国,肥胖也正在迅速蔓延。2002年,我国营养和健康调查资料显示,成年男女性的肥胖率为2.9%,而2011年发布的”汤臣倍健国民健康报告“
