在某种意义上,普教课程模式对职教发展贡献也是不能否认的,可以肯定的讲,它仍对职教的改革和发展具有借鉴价值。但重要的不是借鉴,而是如何依据职业教育的发展规律,研发与普教课程模式既有区别,又有联系的相对独立的职业教育课程模式,又快又好的培养技能型人才,是当务之急。应当说,职业教育课程开发对职业教育改革和发展的重要性,对技能型人才培养的意义,也有了些共识和相当高度的认同。而在运作的过程中,并不太理想,并没有跳出普教的课程模式。究其原因,主要有以下几个方面:
