Due to the influence of natural environment factors (topography, formation lithology, geological structure, etc.) and induced factors (such as rainfall and earthquake), the spatial distribution of landslides is extremely complicated. However, their spatial distribution still has inherent laws. This paper uses the “Wenchuan earthquake” extreme events as time segmentation points, and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of the landslides affected by the Wenchuan earthquake by using the point-pattern analysis based on the quadrats. It is concluded that the landslide point group before and after the earthquake All showed spatial distribution pattern distribution. This shows that due to the combination of environmental factors and their factors, the occurrence of landslides in areas hardest hit by the Wenchuan earthquake is not a random event both before and after the earthquake. The spatial distribution of the landslide points has a statistically self-similar structure and no feature scale .
