我局从1985年开始进行股份制试点,经过三年多的实践,股份制的试点由初期的两家集体企业,发展到现在包括小全民企业在内的156家企业。全局股份制企业有职工43184人向企业投资入股,成为企业股东,占试点企业总人数的86.4％。股份制企业现共拥有总股金236575万元,其中全民股584.2万元,占总股金的2.46％;集体股16393.5万元,占总股金的69.29％;个人积累股5188.8
Since 1985, the SIPO started the joint-stock system pilot project. After more than three years of practice, the joint-stock system was piloted from the initial two collective enterprises to the 156 companies that now include small and all-people enterprises. As for the global joint-stock enterprises, 43184 employees have invested in enterprises and become shareholders, accounting for 86.4% of the total number of pilot enterprises. Joint-stock companies now have a total share of 236.575 million yuan, of which total shares are 5.842 million yuan, accounting for 2.46 percent of the total share capital; collective shares are 163.935 million yuan, accounting for 69.29% of total stocks; personal accumulation stocks 5188.8
