抚锦管道各石化厂注入抚锦成品油管道油品的柴汽比差别较大,且部分种类油品中间无注入。基于此,设计了不同注入方案,并进行了比选。结果表明:在辽阳首站出站流量恒定或辽河注入泵站出站流量恒定的情况下,辽河-锦州段或辽阳-辽河段流量波动太大,最大流量约为最小流量的3倍,管道利用率较低,不利于辽河或辽阳站输油泵配置方案的选择;当辽阳出站流量和辽河出站流量均有波动时,其注入方案可降低全线流量的波动范围,提高管道的利用率,降低工程投资。综合比较工程投资和运行费用,并结合目前国内管道设计压力及设备现状确定管道的设计参数,最终确定辽阳和辽河站均以变流量作为抚锦成品油管道的注入方案。

Based on a comprehensive comparison of project investment and operating cost, the design parameters of the pipeline are determined according to the current domestic pipeline design pressure and equipment status, and finally the variable flow rate of Liaoyang and Liaohe stations is used as the injection scheme of Fushui oil product pipeline.
