在项目管理中,人力资源是其重要的组成部分之一,在一定程度上决定整个项目管理能否取得成功。与此同时,将项目管理的重要思想应用到人力资源管理中,不仅可以提高工作效率,还可以通过运用新方法新手段去保证人力资源管理工作的正常运转。笔者通过分析项目管理应用在丝绸企业人力资源管理中产生的问题和矛盾,并提出了相应的措施策略,以此希望可以为二者的相互作用相互衔接起到一定的作用和影响。
In project management, human resources is an important part of it, to a certain extent, determine the success of the entire project management. At the same time, applying the important idea of project management to human resources management can not only improve work efficiency, but also ensure the normal operation of human resources management through the use of new methods and new means. The author analyzes the problems and contradictions arising from the application of project management in the human resources management of silk enterprises and puts forward corresponding measures and tactics in order to hope that the interaction between the two can play a certain role and influence.
