工程项目的责任成本管理,不仅关系到整个企业经济效益的提升,而且对于企业的品牌运营,市场推广,提高竞争力有着至关重要的作用。文章介绍了工程项目责任成本的概念和管理控制的必要性。同时在传统的工程项目中,责任成本管理比较混乱,也得不到应有的重视,因此产生了一些的问题。针对传统工程项目责任成本管理和控制出现的一系列问题,有关人员进行了不断的摸索尝试,提出了一系列的对策和建议,也取得了许多成效。虽然任何事物的改善都不是一蹴而就的,但是我们相信,通过项目工作人员的不懈努力,最终可以将其进一步的完善,使企业得到更好的发展。
The responsibility cost management of the project is not only related to the improvement of the economic efficiency of the whole enterprise, but also plays an important role in the brand operation, marketing and enhancement of the competitiveness of the enterprise. The article introduces the concept of project responsibility cost and the necessity of management control. At the same time, in the traditional project, the responsibility cost management is rather chaotic and can not get due attention, so some problems arise. In response to a series of problems arising from the responsibility cost management and control of traditional engineering projects, relevant personnel have made continuous attempts to explore and put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions as well as many achievements.
