伴随着企业竞争环境的不断变化,企业面临的市场竞争压力越来越大。如何开展企业人力资源管理工作,提高人力资源管理质量,实现人力资源管理跟企业战略的有机契合正成为企业人力资源管理部门的重要管理内容。科学有效的人力资源管理,对于企业战略的有顺利实现具有积极作用。本文围绕人力资源管理跟企业战略的契合,分析了人力资源管理在企业战略中的定位以及人力资源管理中存在的问题,重点对如何实现人力资源管理跟企业战略的契合进行了分析。
With the constant changes in the competitive environment of enterprises, enterprises are under increasing pressure of market competition. How to carry out human resources management of enterprises, improve the quality of human resources management and realize the organic combination of human resources management and business strategy is becoming an important management content of the human resources management department of an enterprise. Scientific and effective human resources management has a positive effect on the smooth realization of corporate strategy. Focusing on the conformity of human resource management and business strategy, this paper analyzes the position of human resource management in business strategy and the existing problems in human resource management, and focuses on how to achieve the fit of human resource management and business strategy.
