目的研究产自云南的青江藤Celastrus hindsii茎枝的化学成分。方法采用正、反相硅胶,Sephadex LH-20,薄层制备色谱等色谱法进行分离纯化,应用波谱技术和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从青江藤茎枝80%乙醇提取物中分离得到4个黄烷类化合物,分别鉴定为(2S)-7,3′-二甲氧基-6,4′-二羟基黄烷(1)、6,7,3′-三甲氧基-4′-羟基黄烷(2)、6,7-二甲氧基-3′,4′-二羟基黄烷(3)、(2S)-7,3′-二甲氧基-4′-羟基黄烷(4)。结论化合物1~3为未见文献报道的新化合物,并首次获得X-ray数据,分别命名为青江藤烷A、青江藤烷B、青江藤烷C;其中化合物2和3分别为1对对映异构体,化合物4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the stem of Celastrus hindsii from Yunnan. Methods Chromatography methods such as reversed-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and thin layer preparative chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Results Four flavanoids were isolated from the 80% ethanol extracts from stems and branches of Qingjiang cane and identified as (2S)-7,3′-dimethoxy-6,4′-dihydroxyflavan (1). ,6,7,3’-trimethoxy-4’-hydroxyflavan (2), 6,7-dimethoxy-3’,4’-dihydroxyflavan (3), (2S)-7 , 3’-dimethoxy-4’-hydroxyflavan (4). Conclusion Compounds 1~3 are new compounds that have not been reported in the literature. X-ray data were obtained for the first time. They were named Qingjiangtan A, Qingjiangtan B and Qingjiangtan C respectively. Compounds 2 and 3 were 1 pair respectively. The enantiomer, compound 4, was isolated from this plant for the first time.
