本文报道小儿嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝１９７例，对婴幼儿嵌顿性疝的诊断和治疗问题进行了讨论，探讨了误诊原因，提出了手法复位和手术操作要点。
This article reports 197 pediatric incarcerated inguinal hernia, the diagnosis and treatment of incarcerated hernia in infants and young children were discussed, the reasons for misdiagnosis were discussed, the main points of reduction and surgical operation were proposed.
