目的核实2011年5月宁波市J银行食物中毒疫情,查明病因并控制疫情蔓延。方法对银行职工进行现场座谈、问卷调查后描述疾病流行特征,采取回顾性队列研究方法进行流行病学分析。结果病例主要症状是恶心、呕吐、腹泻等,发病时间集中在2011年5月24日13:00~19:00,年龄在25~54岁之间,男女性别比为0.55︰1,5月24日银行午餐为可疑暴露餐次,淡菜为可能危险因素。结论此次事件极可能为淡菜中的腹泻性贝类毒素引起的食物中毒暴发,阻止有毒贝类上市是预防此类事件的有效措施。
Objective To verify the epidemic situation of food poisoning in Ningbo J Bank in May 2011, identify the cause and control the spread of the epidemic. Methods Bank workers on-site discussion, questionnaire survey describes the characteristics of the epidemic, using a retrospective cohort study for epidemiological analysis. Results The main symptoms were nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The onset time was between 13: 00-19: 00 on May 24, 2011, and the age group was between 25-54 years old. The sex ratio at sex was 0.55: 1 and May 24 Daily bank lunch for suspicious exposure times, mussels may be a risk factor. Conclusion The incident is most likely to be an outbreak of food poisoning caused by diarrheal shellfish toxins in mussels. Stopping the listing of toxic shellfish is an effective measure to prevent such incidents.
