作者自述:“在转瞬即逝中抓住永恒,在寻常世界中究出本质”。写实绘画,既是一种技巧,也是一种观念。它的古典含义在于尽可能地还原物象,起码在结构上不违背物象的自然属性。写实本应该是绘画的宗旨,在现代社会多元审美的环境中,写实绘画却突然变得羞涩起来……我以为写实不仅仅是对世界物象的还原,不仅仅是以温柔之乡来满足我们的感官,还应包括作者独特个体意识的深度体验和超越现实的抽象性。而写实绘画所经历的技巧应用、精神探索更是对画家的鞭笞和拷打。对写实画家而言,我们更需要的是直面生活的勇气。
