车床主轴与尾架不同心的偏心调整修复法

由于车床床身导轨和尾架底板的磨损,尾架中心总是低于主轴中心。为了排除这一故障,以往都是采用更换尾架底板或设法提高尾架中心高度尺寸的方法,使之与主轴中心的等高度误差在允差以内。但是以上的修复方法比较繁琐,要反复多次刮研才能达到要求。新修复法是将尾架套筒的锥孔预先制造成与套筒外圆偏心,见附图。以C620车床为例,新制套筒时12~(0+0.027)键槽暂不铣出。在总装时主轴中心与尾架中心 Due to the wear of the lathe bed rails and tailstock floor, the center of the tailstock is always lower than the center of the spindle.
