摘要目的本研究主要评价3.0T非增强磁共振血管成像(MRA)对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)病人的诊断及制定治疗方案的临床价值。方法共165例SAH病人在DSA前先进行三维时间飞跃法MRA(3D-TOF-MRA)检查,并判断动脉瘤是否适合弹簧圈栓塞(用或不用球囊或支架辅助)、外科夹闭或保守治疗。将根据3D-TOF-MRA制定的治疗方案与实际采取的治疗方案或通过DSA制定的治疗方案相比较。
Abstract Objectives The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical value of 3.0T non-enhanced MRA in the diagnosis of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods A total of 165 cases of SAH patients were examined by three-dimensional time-of-flight MRA (3D-TOF-MRA) before DSA to determine whether the aneurysm was suitable for coil embolization (with or without balloon or stent-assisted), surgical clipping or conservative treatment. The treatment plan developed according to 3D-TOF-MRA is compared with the actual treatment plan or the treatment plan developed by the DSA.
