在艺术设计专业综合性专业课程实行“1+N”多师制教学模式,将实例分成若干项目,分别由主讲教师邀请相应的指导老师组成教学团队,共同完成教学任务。这种“1+N”多师制项目模块的教学充分发挥了教师主导作用和体现学生学习的主体地位,充分调动了学生学习的积极性,增强学生的社会适应能力。同时,学生了解了专业和自己的潜能和优势。“1+N”多师制项目模块教学法的实施,有利于创新型、应用型人才的培养。
The “1 + N” multi-teacher teaching mode was implemented in the comprehensive professional courses of art design. The examples were divided into several projects. The instructors were invited to form the teaching team by the corresponding instructors respectively to complete the teaching tasks. The teaching of such “1 + N” multi-teacher program modules has given full play to the dominant role of teachers and embodied the dominant position of students’ learning, fully aroused the enthusiasm of students to learn and enhanced their social adaptability. At the same time, students understand the professional and their own potential and advantages. The implementation of the “1 + N” multi-teacher program module teaching method is conducive to the training of innovative and applied talents.
