通过子实体组织分离的菌种,接种于PDA和MEA平板培养基上,在25℃恒温下培养1~6周。根据菌落细胞外氧化酶检测反应、菌丝类型及分化、锁状联合分布、菌丝和菌落的颜色、产孢情况等特征,对中国东北针阔叶树60种主要多孔菌,进行了培养特性及鉴定分类系统的研究。本文报道主要研究方法和9种阔叶树上多孔菌培养特性的研究结果。
Strain separated by fruiting body tissue was inoculated on PDA and MEA plate medium and incubated at a constant temperature of 25 ° C for 1 to 6 weeks. According to the detection characteristics of colony extracellular oxidase, mycelium type and differentiation, the distribution of the lock, the color of mycelium and colony, sporulation and other characteristics, the culture characteristics and identification of 60 kinds of polypores of coniferous and broad-leaved trees in Northeast China Classification system research. This paper reports the main research methods and 9 kinds of broad-leaved tree fungi culture characteristics of the study.
