房地产项目经理的考核激励管理是国有房地产企业面临的紧迫课题。以考核激励理论为基础,分析了国有房企的项目经理考核激励的特性、意义与常见类型。以某国有房地产公司为例,剖析了国有房地产企业项目经理考核激励面临的一些共性问题及存在困境,提出了相应的改进措施与方法,以期对国有房地产企业项目经理的考核绩效激励管理有所贡献。
Real estate project manager’s assessment of incentive management is an urgent issue facing state-owned real estate enterprises. Based on the examination and incentive theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics, meanings and common types of project managers in state-owned housing enterprises. Taking a state-owned real estate company as an example, this paper analyzes some common problems and existing problems faced by project managers in state-owned real estate enterprises and puts forward corresponding improvement measures and methods in order to make some contribution to the performance appraisal and incentive management of the state-owned real estate project managers .
