采用机械研磨和超声波分散的方法制备氧化石墨烯分散液,通过改变氧化石墨烯分散液在水泥砂浆中的掺量,探究氧化石墨烯对水泥砂浆流动性、强度的影响,并采用10%的Na OH溶液、Na2SO4溶液分别对氧化石墨烯改性砂浆试件进行腐蚀,测试其耐腐蚀性能。实验结果表明:随着氧化石墨烯分散液掺量的增加,水泥砂浆的流动度、后期强度和耐腐蚀性也随之增加,而早期强度随之下降;当氧化石墨烯分散液掺量达到0.05%时,水泥砂浆流动度为150mm,较未掺加氧化石墨烯分散液水泥砂浆增加了7.3%;后期(28d)抗折与抗压强度分别为8.6MPa、41.5MPa,较未掺加氧化石墨烯分散液水泥砂浆分别增加了17.4%与31.1%。
The graphene oxide dispersion was prepared by mechanical grinding and ultrasonic dispersion. The effect of graphene oxide on the fluidity and strength of cement mortar was investigated by changing the content of graphene oxide dispersion in cement mortar. OH solution and Na2SO4 solution were respectively used to etch graphene oxide modified mortar samples to test their corrosion resistance. The experimental results show that with the increase of the content of graphene oxide dispersion, the fluidity, the later strength and the corrosion resistance of the cement mortar increase, but the early strength decreases. When the graphene oxide dispersion content reaches 0.05 %, The fluidity of cement mortar was 150mm, which was 7.3% higher than that of cement mortar without adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid. The flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar were 8.6MPa and 41.5MPa respectively in the later period (28d) Propylene dispersion cement mortar increased by 17.4% and 31.1%.
