2005年我国期刊上网率近70%,表明期刊网络化发展迅速,已达一定规模。但拥有独立网站的科技期刊不多,多数上网期刊为依托型,即加入大型期刊网站。通过分析印刷版科技期刊入网现状,指出科技期刊网页缺乏个性、编者-作者-读者交流互动不够、期刊网页信息管理与更新不够等问题,认为编辑对期刊品牌效应认识不够是产生上述问题的主要原因,提出应强化编辑人员的信息网络化意识,在网站上树立起自己期刊的品牌形象,并建议期刊管理部门制定相关政策把科技期刊网络化作为评价期刊质量综合指标之一。
In 2005, the journals in our country had an internet access rate of nearly 70%, indicating that the rapid development of periodicals network has reached a certain scale.
