目的:探讨补精复方防治实验性急性肝损伤大鼠的作用及机制。方法:以四氧化碳(CCl4)肝损伤大鼠为模型,以联苯双酯为阳性对照药,观察补精复方对CCl4致肝损伤大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)及胆红素(TBil)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、胸腺系数、脾脏系数和肝脏系数的影响。结果:补精复方可以降低急性肝损伤大鼠GPT、GOT和TBil水平,升高胸腺系数和脾脏系数,降低肝脏系数,且提高血清SOD,降低MDA。结论:补精复方能够保护大鼠的化学性肝损伤,其机制与提高动物的机体免疫力、清除自由基、提高SOD活性、抑制脂质过氧化等作用相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Bujing Compound on preventing and treating experimental acute liver injury in rats. Methods: Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) -induced hepatic injury in rats was used as a model and bifendate as a positive control drug. The effects of Bujing Recipe on serum GPT, GOT, And bilirubin (TBil), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), thymus coefficient, spleen coefficient and liver coefficient. Results: Bujing Compound can reduce the level of GPT, GOT and TBil in acute liver injury rats, increase thymus coefficient and spleen coefficient, decrease hepatic coefficient, increase serum SOD and decrease MDA. Conclusion: Complementing compound can protect chemical liver injury in rats. Its mechanism is related to improving immunity of animals, eliminating free radicals, increasing SOD activity, inhibiting lipid peroxidation and so on.
